Terms and Conditions for JSSCRUBBING.

1. Cancellation Policy
    We require a 30-day notice for any cancellations. Please note that appointments must be cancelled with 6 hours ahead of time to avoid fees, $10.
2. Service Guarantee
    We guarantee a spotless finish and overall satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, we will redo the work at no additional cost. There will be no refunds after a payment has been done.
3. Liability Disclaimer
    We are not responsible for any damages or lost items. We ask that all valuable items be removed from the area prior to our arrival to prevent any potential loss.
4. Booking and Payments
    Bookings are managed via Acuity Scheduling, and all payments are processed securely through Squarespace.
5. Policy Updates
    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
